Thank you!

Mr. Baker, one of our staff members, planned a Shoe Drive for our school. He collected new and gently used shoes, which were then donated to help those in need.

I would like to personally thank everyone that participated in the shoe drive that took place in December here at Citrus Ridge.  I am proud to say that it was a great success.  The shoes that you donated were taken to The Way Center in Haines City for distribution to families and individuals in need.  The Way Center is a non-profit, family focused community organization that helps families in need or crisis.  Thank you Citrus Ridge for your generosity and for helping meet the basic needs of those in our community.

Citrus Ridge: A Civics Academy is proud to announce our Teacher and School Related Employee of the Year!

Our School Related Employee of the Year is Ms. Melissa Arwood!  Ms. Arwood is a great asset to our school, as she does anything and everything! Whether it is bus duty or cafeteria duty or coaching, she does it all!  We appreciate all she does for our school.

Our Teacher of the Year is Coach Emily Retzlaff.  Coach Retzlaff not only deals with all the middle school girls, but also serves as our Athletic Director.  She manages all our teams, coordinates buses and home game staff as well as making sure we all have our red Pioneer Pride t-shirts.
